Her Royal Highness Queen Maria Amor Leonor Torres Mastura is an internationally recognised humanitarian leader and global advocate for peace, development, and intercultural understanding. She holds the distinguished titles of Bai Mompong sa Magindanaw of the Sultanate of Magindanaw (Maguindanao) and Queen of the Royal House of Luzon Tagalog, also known as The Royal Maharlika.

Although the Republic of the Philippines is a democratic nation, it is an archipelagic country composed of diverse ethno-linguistic and cultural communities. Among these are several traditional Sultanates and Royal Houses that predate colonial rule and are today recognised and respected by local and national authorities. Her Royal Highness represents one of the most prominent of these traditional monarchies, embodying a living heritage of Filipino nobility and ancestral leadership.

Her Royal Highness is the founder and driving force behind We Care For Humanity (WCH), a globally active humanitarian organisation committed to promoting education, alleviating poverty, advancing women’s rights, and fostering peace through multilateral and grassroots efforts. Under her leadership, WCH has delivered charitable programmes across multiple continents, including educational sponsorships, refugee support, interfaith dialogue, and health initiatives.

Over the course of her public life, Her Royal Highness has been recognised by international institutions, world leaders, royal families, and civil society organisations for her tireless commitment to global welfare. Her endeavours have earned her a reputation as a bridge-builder between cultures, religions, and nations.

Her Royal Highness is currently undertaking an extensive European goodwill and diplomatic tour, during which she will be received by civic leaders, charitable institutions, and educational establishments. The tour includes meetings with displaced communities and aims to strengthen intergovernmental and cultural partnerships across Europe. Her visit to the United Kingdom—particularly the West Midlands and the City of Wolverhampton—will further Her Royal Highness’s humanitarian mission, with a focus on supporting local charities, educational access, and refugee integration.

Her Royal Highness is a committed advocate for interfaith cooperation and has often drawn inspiration from great spiritual leaders, including His Holiness Nirankari Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj, whose message of love and service remains close to her heart.
